Designed to accompany a YogaFit-style class, MUSIC FOR SLOW FLOW YOGA is appropriate for any slow, meditative movement. The album, a collection of previously released Mirrors tracks, starts strong with "Stillpoint," six minutes of patented Gabrielle Roth slinkiness, perfect for warming up the body or for a centering, seated meditation. Tribal percussion and dreamy vocals kick in on "Oceana," and the next 60 minutes are devoted to the earthy, heavily percussive trance music for which the artist is celebrated. The final six minutes of the album, "Stillness," goes back to the pure tones of the first track, and is ideal for final savasana or meditation.
